"Everywhere was spotlessly clean, only issue was un emptied bin and no toilet roll but was quickly dealt with, staff were extremely helpful and polite, breakfast is made to order, we had cooked so cant offer any guidance on the continental but what i saw looked lovely, fresh fruits,yogurts,various breads,cereals ect.. "

"An ideal stay for a short trip to Newcastle. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was as expected for what we paid: spacious and well laid out with tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge. It was a bit dated, but that didn’t affect our stay. The pool was run-down and not worth the extra £5 to be able to use."

"We went so you dont have too! Music from bar opposite till gone midnight meant 2 nights little sleep with all noise after traffic etc breakfast nevwr replenished staff at breakfast so rude save your money book somewhere else they think its finny at reception when they ask you how was stay and you explain not good so noisy and they say yes those rooms facing the bar are really noisy well why not tell us on check in ?!?! "
