"The location was very convenient and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They even helped us book a taxi back to the airport hotel and was able to negotiate a good price for us. I would recommend to anyone who plans on staying in juifen for a couple of nights."

"The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help you plan your route and timing to see each attraction in the area. The room was much bigger than I expected and very clean despite how many bugs there were outside. I don’t know how they managed to keep it so clean, it was very impressive. 100/10"

"We absolutely adore this Japanese homestay nestled atop Jiufen. The room is immaculate and spotless, and the hostess serves delectable breakfasts every morning. On clear days, the view from the dining room is breathtakingly spectacular, allowing you to see the entire Jiufen town stretching all the way to the ocean. It’s a beautiful and awe-inspiring sight! "

"Air conditioning in our original room was not working, and the temperature inside reached 32°C, making the room unbearably hot. This really affected our experience in Jiufen, especially during the summer heat. We were moved to another property farther away that required climbing many stairs, which was inconvenient with luggage. Unfortunately, the replacement room also did not meet expectations, as it felt unclean and poorly maintained."
