"The hotel is so nice. Dinner and breakfast ere fantastic. Food looks small but very filling. Staff are so polite and friendly. Hotel has free shuttle bus to take guests to the major interchanges. I could stay there for a week just to explore the surroundings and enjoy the hotel services."

Facilities, wine tasting lounge and drum show were unique and enjoyable. Plenty of space for all guests except during drumming show Sunday evenings -
Our only frustration was the poor internet service - we had a bit of medical work to handle and could not connect to and maintain connection with internet in our rooms. Our onsen and room was fabulous. "
