โTruly satisfied with the hotel. It has been my best holiday stay ever. Love the location, walking distance to Penangโs famous food. Hotel staffs are polite and very helpful. The ambiance of the hotel is beautiful and the cleanliness is great. Will definitely come back.

โThe room was wonderful. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel.
The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session. โ
โI was genuinely surprised by how clean, comfortable, and friendly Frame Hotel was, especially considering the price. It offers excellent value for money. The surrounding area is full of great food options, and itโs very close to major attractions in the city. Even the room view was better than expected. Since I just needed a place to sleep as a solo traveler, I didnโt want a luxury hotelโand this place exceeded my expectations. Highly satisfied.
