“The hotel is an exercise in excellence. We were escorted from the bus stop with a golf cart that also took our luggage. The hotel and amenities are spotless and well-appointed. We enjoyed the spa as well, as the weather was uncooperative. The included breakfast had everything anyone could need and was quite tasty. ”

“This hotel has excellent staff, very clean rooms, perfect location, and beautiful grounds. The only downside is allowing smoking near the outside dining patio. ”

“We came here as a home base to see lake como, bellagio and the local gardens and it was perfect for myself and my 2 college age kids. We had the 1 bdrm apt and it was perfect! The staff are so kind and accommodating! We had a long day of travel and they communicated with us to make sure we could check in upon arrival. The buffet breakfast buffet was amazing, we took pics in the garden, close to bus stop to town, and the spa we reserved for the 3 of us which had a great jacuzzi, steam and sauna...

“The minute you enter the boutique hotel lobby you’re greeted by a lovely attendant. He was very helpful and so nice. Our room was super clean, very new, and beautiful. The included breakfast is fantastic! Views of the lake were spectacular. The location is about 10 minutes (walking) from a cafe and 10 min drive from a small town. Walking is a bit doggy with limited sidewalks and speedy traffic, but we managed with no problems. Highly recommend this hotel!”
