โThis was a welcome change to our 2+ weeks in hotels. It was beautiful. Extremely comfortable and had every special touch you can imagine. We stayed in the Marble unit and the tub, toiletries, bed and window treatment/video screen were all divine! โ
โWe loved our 3 day stay here. Richard and his staff were excellent, very engaging, helpful with ideas and information about the area. The food was excellent. Very central for getting around by train, but also has room for cars. Would totally recommend staying here. โ
โThe bar, the breakfast and the room were all nostalgic, clean and comfortable. The meals we had there were delightful and homey. Not to mention how delightful the staff were! I definitely recommend, wish we could have stayed long and can't wait to visit again! โ
โOur room was lovely with a beautiful view over the loch and the Isle of Skye. In spite of being in the middle of a major refurbishment the staff were extremely corteous and helpful and made every effort to ensure our stay was a good one. The room was clean and comfortable with a really good shower and we had a lovely tray of tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for us on our arrival.. We will certainly make a return visit some time in the near future.โ

โThis was our best stay on our whole trip to Scotland. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site. Ida met us at our car and showed us to our room while loading more fire wood in the pot belly stove in room. It was a lovely site as we walked in! So warm and cosy.
