“Best staff ever!!! Super accommodating and genuinely caring. !!! 500 stars deserved!!!”

“no elevator, no phone for front desk, no refrigerator, 3층에 머물렀고 뭔가를 물어보거나 에스크 할때 직접 움직여야해서 불편했어요”

“The place was so cute. Clean. Outdoor seating. Lots of plants everywhere. So beautiful. One block from Calle 8/Little Havana and all the restaurants. We do recommend.”

“Good location in Little Havana. The bathroom is small. If you ever owned an RV or trailer it’s like that. Finagling yourself on the toilet and taking a shower are an interesting challenge. Plus the walls are thin and could hear the neighbors 5 am music being played - not ideal. But it’s clean & had a small kitchenette, which was nice.”

“The place is affordable for the size and experience. It has a working elevator.”

“Disappointing Stay – Not What We Expected Our experience at this 3-bedroom unit was very disappointing and fell far below our expectations. The space was extremely cramped, to the point where it was practically impossible to place a suitcase on the floor comfortably. The beds were broken and uneven, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's rest. We also received no room service throughout our stay. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with a very limited supply of spoons, plates, pots, and...

“Honestly nowhere close to the listing. Not sure why it’s listed as luxury when there was nothing luxury about it. The washer and dryer were out of order. The microwave was not clean. Stains all over the walls. Mold on some of the air-vents for a/c that my friend got sick from. Shower was grimy and not clean at all. Plenty of furniture broken upon arrival. No forks to use. Found 2 cockroaches. And to make matters worse, when brought up to the host they suggested us to move rooms and TOLD me that...

“The pull out sofa takes up the whole room… and in order to use the restroom The primary bedroom guests need to pass through the living room. Not possible if the pull out sofa is engaged. Bugs, our family left with 15 bug bites. Finding the unit is not as easy as the instructions as the doors are not clearly labeled and the keypad instructions did not match the lock and we were afraid we were at the wrong unit.”

“Great place, quiet, and clean. Parking was a plus!”

“The room was in terrible condition. The wooden floor was broken and damaged, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk on. The bed sheets had holes, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. They changed the stay location which was not listed on the Expedia at the last minute. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again or recommend this house.”

“Perfect place to stay before a cruise. Food spots walking distance also Publix and Walgreens near walk. Had no idea the mail room was only opened certian hours but staff helped us get our packages needed for our cruise the next day! They also hold luggage in case your flight arrives early and your room isn't ready. Breakfast selection was great as well. Will definitely stay again”
