"Bothroom was broken. Toilet wouldn't flush half of the time. People (guests) were so rude! We stayed on the second floor, we had a very early doctors appointment at Jackson Memorial Hospital and everyone on our floor must have been friends, all night stomping in the hallway going from room to room yelling, it finally eneded at around 2am! I will never go back to this hotel. The policy says to respect the property and the guests. They apparently don't care what the guests do. I did not get but 1 hour of sleep. If that. Front office staff were very nice. Other than that. Horrible experience. "

"The property is in a great area near Loan Depot Park. Many good options available and quiet area. Unfortunately the apartment was not clean and you can see the dirt at the bottom of the couch, the bathroom toilet paper holder was broken and the bed makes noises and needs to be replaced. If those things are fixed, I would highly recommend. "

"The entire unit felt neglected and poorly prepared. It seemed like a rushed turnover to accommodate the next guest. There was human hair in the bed, on the floor, and even around the toilet. I specifically requested that the unit be deep cleaned prior to check-in, and that request was clearly not fulfilled. The level of cleanliness and overall preparation was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. The unit also had a strong cigarette odor upon arrival. Management offered to use an ozone machine; however, those cannot be safely operated while people or animals are present, so this was not a practical solution during my stay. Parking was also an issue, as there was no clearly designated or convenient option. Additionally, trash was scattered along the sidewalk, and the backyard pool area did not provide the peaceful, relaxing environment that was advertised. Overall, I would not recommend this property. If cleanliness, fresh air, and a calm atmosphere are priorities for you, I would suggest considering other accommodations."
