“Lovely room though no fan or air con, bathroom window did open. Great breakfast…. help yourself to tea/coffee. Relaxed atmosphere.”

“Water bottle left in room when we arrived dead flys on window sill abit dusty in places… was asked what time we wanted breakfast so said 8 o’clock nobody turned up till 8:25 then told cooked breakfast wasn’t an option for weekdays which wasn’t specified…. But lovely views from our room”

“Our “room” was a small apartment set over two floors. Very comfortable, clean and with everything we needed for a few nights. WiFi was good. Nice art on the walls. Plenty of parking. And convenient location for touring around snowdonia and north wales. Staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfasts included. Thankyou for everything”

“Fabulous postion above Barmouth. Lovely sea views and breakfast room looking over the bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there for a park run and even though breakfast we over when we got back from the run we were treated to a lovely cooked breakfast. Brilliant!”

“The location was great with a lovely sea view. All the staff were pleasant especially Josh who helped with bags . My only complaint is the standard of the room. It's very dated and needs TLC . Plaster falling off some of the walls. No bedside tables. Old shower curtain. Also breakfast was extra. We spoke with other people who was staying at another hotel cheaper rate with breakfast included. I wouldn't book again.”

“Nice comfy room with a sea view, comfortable bed, super friendly staff, a nice pub and good breakfast in a great location. Also parking was free :) there were just minor things to improve - the door handle in the bathroom was loose as well as the temperature setting in the shower. Also internet was unstable so if you wanna stream something, its almost impossible. We had room 12 on the third floor, which we didnt mind, but consider if youre older or require accessibility :-)”
