“Unable to contact hotel by phone tried for over 2hrs information. Had to return to the hotel to get information.”

“Good value room. Convenient location close to Barry train station. Staff were helpful and friendly. No kettle/drink making facilities in room. No food for sale at the hotel but there was a bar. Small car park and the roads around were full of parked cars so had to park about 5 minutes walk away.”

“We stayed for two nights & the staff were all lovely and very helpful. We returned wanting food one night not realising that the restaurant was closed but the lady on reception was very helpful supporting to order a food delivery then providing plates and allowing us to eat in the cosy restaurant. The room we had was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. They were”

“Unfortunately the pool is still out of action but that aside it was a good stay. Very helpful staff very clean and comfortable room, good breakfasts, jams at the toast area gets messy and sticky perhaps a re-think needed there, parking excellent. “We arrived later than planned because of multiple road floodings in and around Cardiff, but staff was really helpful, breakfast was tasty and the whole place was very cosy. We would have loved staying more Nights.”

“3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great.....”

“카디프 공항에서 차량으로 30분 정도 떨어진 조용한 호텔입니다. 내부 시설도 좋고 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 차를 가지고 여행 중이시면 추천 드립니다.”

“5 star downstairs and outside. Grounds are superb. Room was ok... Bed was big, as was TV, but there were things that let it down. Cheap furniture, a wobbly toilet, an unsuitably small shelf in shower, cheap tea and coffee. Also only one bath towel between two, and one hand towel - no bath mat. For an expensive room (even for a Sunday) it was quite basic in lots of ways, and disappoining when compared to the plush bar and seating areas downstairs. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent....

“What a lovely quaint place to stay, with everything you need to have a relaxing time, would highly recommend.”
