"We stayed here for a dance competition. The hotel looks like it has been updated in r cent years and our room was clean and quiet. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and when we needed more toilet paper and the pool was out of towels, they quickly had it remedied."

"Got stuck overnight after a flight cancelation. The staff were accommodating about holding my luggage until check-in time, and the next day after check out before my flight. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I was able to stream my Netflix. The hotel is on the outskirts of town outside of the Marquette campus, so without a plan I walked downtown to kill time before check in and see some of the city. Therefore, I was a bit surprised hearing the concierge explain to a guest checking in all the benefits including a shuttle service they share with the hotel across the street that takes you downtown, the hot and cold breakfast offered, and the filtered water in the gym as I was checking out. I hot none of that info when I checked in. That was weird."
