"The apartment was beautiful and clean although the floor and walls could use a good scrubbing. Everything is very modern and well situated. Check in was a little difficult with the technology, but we got help via cell phone. Next day was a holiday so no one on-site. We missed our train and arrived after Jerome was off. The bathroom door was stuck open (apt 1.2) so for 4 women it was a little problem. It was fixed on Friday. "

"Smart flats is unmanned and has a online pre check in, which gives you codes for the doors. Location wise a couple of minutes walk from the tram. Parking is on street which was full. On arrival the front door was unlocked, the inner door and room door have a wireless cylinder type lock which some other guests have had issues with. (I tried the keyboxes first). "Rooms were clean and big. The area is surrounded by greenery. While not in the heart of the old town, its still accessible to old town by the tram and bus. To and from airport is easy by bus, but be prepared to walk about 10mins or so from the nearest bus stop to the hotel (or you can catch a bus then change to a tram as the tram stop is nearer). Public transport in Luxembourg is free."
