"Terrible customer service. I have contacted the propery regarding a sweater that was left behind less than 2 hours from checking out. I specifically told whomever I was texting the room number and I had left the sweater on the bed. No response whatsoever! "

"Clean room, very nice staff and delicious omelet. The hotel sitting area is large and very comfortable. Multiple coaches and a fireplace. Since we were not intending to use the exercise room, we were not disappointed with the broken equipment."

"Though this is an older building, it's very well kept, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The rooms are modern on the inside. Definitely has lots of nostalgic charm and the price is very fair. I would definitely stay again."

"The property is beautiful and the resort is wonderful. And the view! Plenty of things to do but if you want to use the pool or hot tub you have to walk through the large lobby in your suit to get to it, so we unfortunately chose not to for that reason (busy resort with a lot of people and children in the large lobby area/restaurant). The in-room amenities need an upgrade. If you want to watch tv at any point, good luck. Impossible to navigate, no movie options to choose from, overall this was akin to an inexpensive hotel stay, not a high end resort. Overall it’s worth every penny if you are able to use all of the perks of the resort. If not, it’s just a pretty place to sleep."

"Very beautiful stay! Staff was lovely and breakfast was awesome! They also have a lot of greenery and hiking trails on the property! Very close to garden of the gods too :)"
