"Very convenient to the Naples train station. We only needed one night before heading out on our flight back to USA from Naples Airport. The hotel was clean and room was comfortable. A great hotel if you are needing to use the trains or busses frequently. Alibus to the airport is around the corner so that was a convenient option instead of taking a cab."

"This was rated as a 4 star hotel... should be a 2 star. Elevators were dirty, furniture in lobby is old and worn and needs to be replaced. Breakfast area was very stark and overcrowded, hot items on the included breakfast buffet, (i.e. eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc.) were ice cold. Cappucino was luke warm. This was the conditon for eacjh of the 3 mornings we attempted to eat at the hotel. We ended up just skipping breakfast. In the rooms there were no drinking classes (paper cups only) and no ice buckets provided. Our travelling companions room had issues throughout their stay with air-conditioner not working. And finally upon arrival we were told that the following day water throughout the entire hotel would be turned off between 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We were able to work arround this incovenience, but for the large group of tourists that arrived the following day, it was a shock. For what we paid and what we received this was a really bad exprience."

"This hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were phenomenal. The rooms are very clean spacious wonderful views. An excellent place to stay in Sorrento the location was also perfect in walking distance of the main square the harbor, etc.. You don’t want to miss this gem!!"

"The Hotel was a very well maintained and very clean hotel. If you are looking for a newer more updated Hotel in Naples, This is your place. The staff was great at check in and they even gave us complimentary drink vouchers for their bar and eatery onsite. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone, the location was also great. Right in the middle of everything. next to the train station and walking distance to the Centro historical of Napoli. Very pleased! Will be back hopefully very soon!"
