“It was nice”

“Tout était correct à part une odeur de cigarette à l’entrée et dans l’ascenseur. Des caches-odeurs seraient appréciés. Les œufs étaient bien cuits mais froids.”

“Third time staying at this property. First two times we stayed in rooms with 2 queen beds. No problems. This recent visit, stayed in room with sofa bed. Odor coming from carpet near sofa bed (could not figured out what it was). Rooms not cleaned. No replacement towels even though we asked repeatedly. Bathtub faucet not working. Stem allowing water to flow from shower head fell out. Toilet continuously flowed and flushed. Was told it might be the flask (easy fix), but it would be taken care of...

“Very clean and well maintained obviously this is an older property. The door didn’t close particularly well, etc. but everything else was clean. Nice perfect for just me if I had my wife with me I’d probably want something a little nicer.”

“For a one night stay while traveling, this was fine. No complaints other than some guest noise as they were leaving very early in the morning. Location is nothing special, very industrial. Many trucks because its next to a huge truck stop.”

“Charging stations in the lot was very helpful”

“Very convenient, right off I95. Plenty of options for restaurants within walking distance.”

“At check in 3:00 pm there where no rooms available. Our reservation was prepaid and and yet we still had to wait for almost and an hour to get in the room. The desk clerk was visibly upset and yet very apologetic. The rooms manager was very understanding and trying to assist. You had 89 rooms to clean and only had two housekeepers working. The problem was not the staff, who ever operates this properties needs to fix this problem. Grossly understaffed. So unlike any Marriott property I...

“Everything was great except we weren’t to happy that the indoor pool wasn’t heated and neither was the room the pool is in. Water was freezing and when getting out of the pool it was even worse.”

“I've stayed here multiple times for a cheap room but this stay was the worst. After a long day, I checked into my room and went to sleep. I wake up in the morning to take a shower and see there isnt a shower head!!! When i told the front desk she says "well what do you want me to do about it" Online says indoor pool but its outside.”

“Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet. Would stay there again.”

“I booked through Expedia, but when I arrived at 18:00, the front desk clerk said he had canceled my reservation because it was past 18:00. He then proceeded to charge me $200 more than what I would have paid through Expedia. I had called the property the day before to inquire about ESA dogs. They said the dogs are not charged, and their website states that ESA dogs stay free, but when you arrive at the property, they charge you for the second dog regardless of what they are. They also told me I...

“Bonne emplacement.”

“Decent business travel hotel. Not bad, not great.”
