"Everything was very clean. Great location near shopping centers and train and subway stations. "

"Almost perfect, one thing I noticed though, every time I had my room made up, they do not vacuum the room carpet, I do not see a vacuum at the aisle as well. Room and washroom is clean, it would be better if rooms are to be vacuumed."

"It’s super convenient! Seconds away from the train or subway stations. I get to do my laundry and have my own little space. There’s a lounge/ dining area that I can get tea or water, heat up my food or toast my bread. Three washing machines and three dryers. It’s also very clean before other people get to the bathrooms, toilets and powder room. "

"Room was clean and spacious for 1 person! Laundry was convenient and the common areas were great for meals. Close to multiple transportation entry points and lots of food within a 10 minute walk. "

"The mattress was the most comfortable I have had in Japan. Still firm, but with more (appropriate) give than others -- probably what would be considered Firm in the U.S., as opposed to Extra Firm. The staff was English speaking and very helpful. The location is convenient, close to airport transportation and Tennoji Park. The room is slightly bigger than what is typical in Japanese urban centers -- economical but comfortable."
