“Abbiamo passato la nostra ultima notte a Creta in questa chicca sul mare!
Olivier e Gianni sono stati davvero amichevoli e molto disponibili, ci hanno accolto proprio come se entrassimo a casa loro.
Davvero un posto che ricorderò e se capiterà di andare di nuovo a Creta ci ritornerò sicuramente.”

“Very late check in, pleasantly welcomed and shown fast to our room which was immaculate. Quite a few bugs but it is summer and I’m sure it couldn’t be helped but a comfy bed and good value for money. The building itself is beautiful and the pool looked great. We would return ”

“The jacuzzi never got hot and the thermal pools were tepid at best. No settings on the television to turn the brightness down. The shampoo and conditioner had clearly been reused over and over even though they were sample bottles. There are buttons on the walls that do nothing like open and close curtain except there's nothing hooked up to the curtain. I'm 5 ft 7 and I weigh 220 lb and I could not fit into your bathrobes which is incredibly sad because half of the men on the planet are bigger...

“The location of the hotel is excellent. There are many restaurants and rent car company around the hotel and can be easily access to the fortress.
Also the breakfast was very good and the most of all the view from the restaurant was fascinating.
But the room was very small and was not cleaned properly. Dusts and hairs were found on the floor and shower booth.
Mattress was very hard so my back hurt and room was very cold.. ”

“The breakfast was quite fantastic. Menues varys day by day. I thought the services and rooms were good untill I found the roaches. The first time was infromt of our room, but it was okay and they got rid of it very quick. But the second one was found on the floor at breakfast corner.
Besides the roach problem, everything was good.”

“Chambres fraichement rénové avec quelques défauts, mais rien de grave ni bien visible, parking sur place facil a trouver, personnels de l'accueil, restaurant et propreté exceptionnelle - toujours souriant, avenant et engagé. Un plaisir d'être accueilli sur ce site.

“This is an extraordinary boutique hotel. Our room was luxurious with a very large balcony with large table and hot tub. Very nice view as well. Staff was welcoming, informative, and answered all questions well. Breakfast was delicious and substantial. Although a little bit out of the historic downtown area of Iraklion, that district was a very walkable distance away. We enjoyed being in the less touristy part of the city and enjoying the local restaurants and shops frequented by residents....

“We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new boutique hotel. The location was perfect for us, conveniently close to both the airport and the port, with plenty of excellent restaurants and bakeries within walking distance.
The room was exceptional—beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful touches like coffee in the room, plush robes, and luxurious towels made the stay feel extra special.
The owner was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our...
