"The front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful and made the stay enjoyable.We stayed on the second-floor mezzanine, which meant we had to carry our 4 suitcases up a set of stairs. If we had known before our room was assigned, we would have requested a different one. Our room was beautiful and spacious for a family of three. We had a King and a twin sofa bed. There were some challenges getting the TV to stream, which wasn't a big deal, so we gave up (and the remote had to be changed). The room had a lot of light but, unfortunately, faced an interior stairwell, so we had to keep the blind closed for most of our stay so others couldn't see into our room. Additionally, the glass shower was opposite the sink, so there was no privacy for someone taking a shower. The rooftop terrace and restaurant are where I spent most of my time at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and coming out onto the terrace throughout the day and in the evening was a treat. The hotel is situated in a walkable area, about 12-15 minutes to the Colosseum and 15-20 minutes to the Spanish Steps. We would definitely stay again."
