One ice machine in the whole place, which happened to be as close as could be to my room so all night we got to hear everyone get ice and the funny thing we didn't have a ice bucket in our room. For one it’s card payments ONLY and for pool towels you hand in a hotel card in exchange for a towel I guess they had issues with people stealing towels. First time being at a hotel with this policy. “Only one of the 4 elevators worked. It took 45 min just to get on the elevators with luggage to get up and down from your room.
