“It is not a hotel for two handicap people who had declined to the third floor. We had to wait over 10 minutes for a tenant to come to the front desk to check in.”

“We didn’t comfortable or enjoyed stay from 4/19 to 4/23/26. There was no breakfasts served due to the under construction. We needed changed the room three times. The room 407 had bathroom leak and room 412 the toilet didn’t flush. Check out time I told the staff about the problem no apologies! He only asked do you want receipt? Sick!!”

“Nice place to stay”

“If you need a cheap stay here is your spot. Half the amenities won’t be accessible, or there will be caution tape blocking them off. Hotel was supposedly updated in 2024, but the only thing relative to an update was the tv and some paint. Everything else was barebones, and certainly odd noises throughout the night. Not sure where the hot tub was that was listed. It was a place to sleep, and we used it for just that. WiFi worked great though.”

“Property is beautifully maintained and plenty of staff to assist with everything needed. Prices were reasonable at “ market” on site. Room is gorgeous! Wonderful beach view off balcony. Pool was beautiful and water was warm!!! We will definitely stay again!”

“The room was clean. It’s a condo so we had to bring food, napkins and any other things we needed. We cooked for some meals. Fully stocked kitchen with pots and dishes and utensils. 3 coffee pots. Large beds. We were beach front. Several pools to use if you don’t want to swim in the ocean. On the boardwalk. I would recommend.”

“Staff helpful and friendly, property clean, oceanfront a plus, parking at hotel not good but available parking across the street, no pool towels, really no “amenities”, both pools are always empty, outdoor bar could use an upgrade, service mediocre inside the downstairs restaurant, slow but good service at bar area, food prices reasonable, alcoholic beverages pricing ok, complimentary Lobby coffee bar and water is suggested after the $200 “fees” that were paid. Tide to table had amazing service...

“Comfortable and clean room. Staff were great and courteous. Used free wifi -service but did not have breakfast (separate charge). Was in the area house hunting and location worked out good.”

“Nicest part was the room. I wouldn’t mind staying for the room but the door had a gap at the bottom that other rooms didn’t have. Also guest a room over were playing extremely loud music that shook the walls. They were yelling and banging on doors after 11 pm. Front desk staff basically said they could do nothing and cops would do nothing. I left to go to another place as it was not a good situation with little ones. First night went smoothly though.”
