"The hotel is one of the oldest hard rock. They are going under Reno this year so it will come out in better shape. The theater is old and small. The buffet choices are very limited, probably the smallest have ever seen in any of the Caribbean all inclusive hotels. Their entire buffet is size of only dessert section of some big resorts. The onsite restaurants are also very limited on choices. Zen and Toro is decent. Not so much for kids to do. On positive side, the resort is small and everything is steps away no long walks. The bartenders are nice and serves good drinks. The staff is amazing very kind and helpful. We requested for late checkout and room upgrade both were done without charge. The late night Dj/music was amazing and live!"

"View was amazing. Staff was even better. However had a constant water leak in ceiling that caused a major problems. Construction wise, it left nothing to the imagination. Elevators only work for short periods of time. Nothing was 24hrs. Even room service was spotty. Over 2hrs for delivery. Was told I could pay the $5 room service fee in cash, was still charged for the fee. "
