"Cleanness, great staff, location"

"I can't say enough about this place. The place was immaculate. The service was top notch. Our room was beautiful and concierge was on top of everything. The food was delicious. I have to say specifically the employees were awesome! Everyone was so helpful and appeared to enjoy their jobs. Which was so refreshing. The other thing was when we first arrived someone tried to get our attention for a timeshare presentation or vacation club membership, my husband and I have been there done that so we weren't interested. They did not hound at all. We declined and they never came back. They let us have a peaceful vacation. So happy for that! The ONLY thing I was not okay with was to get a more romantic seat at dinner or upfront seats at a show, you have to buy a bottle of wine. The bottle was $100 (American dollars) or more! That's outrageous. This is all-inclusive, I shouldn't have to spend more for the seating. The shows are open for everyone. You don't even need front row seats. Also, not enough space at the "preferred" pool area for the amount of "preferred" guests. But, honestly, all the pools and lounge areas were so nice this wasn't a deal breaker. We've already referred friends/family to this place and we are planning to back in 2026. Hands down one of the best vacations we've been on."

"Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable! The food was really good, lots of options in the buffet, my favorite place for lunch or a snack was the Cevicheria. We tried the new Brazilian place (that replaced the Thai place) and it was great! Unfortunately the Argentinian steak house and the nice Mexican place were closed for remodeling but we were there during the off season so that's the best time to remodel. I appreciate that they are continuing to make improvements to the property so while it was a slight inconvenience, they will be great when they're done. The spa was also closed for remodeling but we were still able to book very enjoyable beach front massages! Every single staff member was outstanding! Super friendly and very helpful, they really go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful time! Oswaldo by the pool never let our drinks get empty and Claudio in the buffet had my mimosa on the table as soon as he saw me coming! Wendy and the rest of the entertainment staff were so much fun and we participated in a few activities with them including a guacamole class and a very enthusiastic game of "Name That Tune" in the pool! The staff in the bar were also great, very helpful and friendly as was the front desk & concierge. Literally every single employee you pass greets you with a cheerful "Hola!" I have stayed here once before and brought a different friend this time and she loved it! We can't wait to return!! "
