"Our favorite hotel of our recent trip. Very spacious, great location, nice amenities, we loved having a bath every night after a long day of walking. Easily walkable from the train station and good food/coffee options nearby. "

"This hotel is located in a side street with shops and "downtown" nearby. The downside is that it could be a bit far to carry your luggage to/from the closest bus and taxi drop off/pickup point. While they do help in sending your luggage forward (e.g. Yamato), there are free luggage storage lockers available for guests."

"We loved our stay here! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and the hotel was beautiful! We got one of the corner rooms, and we highly recommend it. On our first night, there was a huge thunderstorm, and we enjoyed sitting next to the corner window with snacks and drinks while we watched the storm. If we ever make it back to Kanazawa, we will definitely stay here again!!"

"Great value for a stay in Kanazawa. The room itself is small, but has everything you need, a table, a desk, and some storage areas. The room was clean, and we received fresh towels every day, even though we didn't request them! A great location, about 200m from Kanazawa station."

"I am writing this review and rating the hotel based on the city and location in Japan. I feel the hotel would overall get a 3.5 -4 star rating if it were in a bigger city with more options. The location if the hotel was great. Our room was a bit small. The room amenities were just ok. The lounge was lovely with great snack and food options but closed early. The staff try hard but their English is limited so be patient. The concierge hours are short and her English was very weak. We tried with a translator app but in the end we gave up. The cleaning was poor. Our room was tidy but our beds were not made. We opted not to have our sheets changed to obsrrve their desire to respect the environment but as a result the room was left mostly uncleaned. It was a pleasant stay and i would say based on location it's a good option. "
"We had a wonderful experience at Tokyu Stay Kanazawa. The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable—everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The staff was great—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They even held our luggage for us after check-out, which allowed us to explore Kanazawa freely as tourists without any hassle.
The breakfast buffet was good, offering plenty of options with both Japanese and Western dishes. The food was fresh and nicely presented.

"Less than 5 minute walk from Kanazawa station. Rooms were well kept and of modern design. Staff was pleasant, helpfu, and spoke English. Taxi stand is also less than 5 minute walk from the hotel. "
"Great hotel - perfect location (right next to Kanazawa station), great free breakfast, lovely staff, easy check-in/check-out, great room and amenities, good bed and pillow. No complaints! "
