“5 star downstairs and outside. Grounds are superb. Room was ok... Bed was big, as was TV, but there were things that let it down. Cheap furniture, a wobbly toilet, an unsuitably small shelf in shower, cheap tea and coffee. Also only one bath towel between two, and one hand towel - no bath mat. “Really lovely stay for 3 nights. Gorgeous room and bathroom, great friendly staff and good food. Very good value. Train station right across the road. Would definitely stay again.”

“카디프 공항에서 차량으로 30분 정도 떨어진 조용한 호텔입니다. 내부 시설도 좋고 직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 차를 가지고 여행 중이시면 추천 드립니다.”

“The restaurant was excellent with a great menu taste Staff top notch The hotel was great but the bathroom although very clean shows it’s ready for a makeover”

“Cozy”

“Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff.”

“First time we have stayed here. Lovely, clean room and easy to find as we have eaten a few times in Haystacks which is underneath and has amazing food ❤️ lush bed and slept really well and blackout curtains helped with this 😀Shower was amazing. A hidden gem! We will be back 😍”

“The staff are really lovely and helpful. The lady at the reception was very kind to me and helped me when there was an issue with the booking as Expedia had not sent the booking through properly and she still managed to find me a room. Second time I have stayed here and will definitely stay again ❤️”
