The staff here are fantastic! Although the rooms are clean, the hotel is in need of updating - and the owners really need to sort the lift situation (I think it's the 3rd visit I've had where it's been out of action). But the staff more than make up for issues in the building.

I have stayed at the spires 3 times in the past month. On two occasions the room has been great/.modern with ensuite and kitchen lounge . One occasion was not so great with the bedroom straight off the main corridor door. Noise untill the early hours. Would I stay again yes
