“Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc. However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other. There was no where to put a suitcase to unpack other than on the bed or the floor which was difficult for us. The en-suite was tastefully...

“Well first of all, it is in a beautiful location surrounded by lovely green fields. Next our room was amazing. Great bed, lots of room, large shower. The shower had lots of water pressure and lots of hot water! We slept so nice it was hard to wake up in the mornings. Next came the BEST English Breakfast! The House is located next to so many wonderful places to visit. Minutes from Prembroke Castle, Carew Castle, and Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The staff really went out of their way make us feel...

“I was cold in bedroom. Reported it and was told a heater would be supplied. There was already a fan of sorts which I presume was their version of a heater, but I could only get cold air. The lounge was cold too. Breakfast ok, but not much fruit. Lift very slow. General air of needing refurbishment.”

“I checked into this hotel and I was informed they were going through a changing phase and everything was a mess. Subsequently I paid for an executive room but was given a standard room, only after complaining I was given the room I pre paid for. The staff on the reception and bar staff were all very uninterested to show any kind of service. The breakfast was cold and boring. The hotel and rooms need some updating and DIY. A very sub standard hotel, I will not book again with them.”

“From the minite we arrived we found the staff to be ftiendly, polite and helpful. On site car parking available. Rooms are excrllent. Ours had a lovely balcony view over bay. Food at breakfast was very good with excellent hot and cold choices. We tried the sauna and hot yub on 2 days before brekfast and found them really relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will be retutning.”
