We could eat in the lounge area with the dog. Room was a good size and very comfortable and clean Staff were friendly and helpful We will definitely stay here again”

“So wasn’t told until I checked in and paid in full that the air conditioning was broken, so I spent 2 nights trying to sleep in a furnace as the fan that was provided was useless, the fridge in the room was also broken so the water they put in there was also warm, an awful experience as I was told it had been down since Friday of last week and the hotel made ZERO effort to let guests know as there wouldn’t have been a hope in hell of me staying there if I had known.
