“Exceptional 3 star hotel, evening meal menu excellent value (3 courses £30) and the food was really very good. We drove with with a dog and there was no surcharges for car or pet. We could eat in the lounge area with the dog. Room was a good size and very comfortable and clean Staff were friendly and helpful We will definitely stay here again”

“Unfortunately we arrived on an extremely hot today to be told the air conditioning was not working and there was a fan in our room. The a/c was expected to be fixed the following day but this did not happen and it was out for the 3 nights we were there. The room was really warm and it made for very uncomfortable sleeping. “Overall we had a good stay at Future Inns. We had a family room, with loads of space and it was very clean. All staff were friendly and helpful when needed and check-in and out was really smooth. Breakfast was decent and the hotel's location was perfect for visiting Cardiff over 2-3 days.”
