"Air conditioning is ok but the temperature controller doesn’t work good. It is really warm or cold! Parking facilities are convenient and spacious."

"We arrived to the hotel and found that it did look anything like the lovely clean and bright pictures we had seen listed. It was dark, and there were several stains dotted around the apartment from walls to sofa to carpet. This had already put us off, and then we opened the bathroom door to be greeted by the smell of raw sewage coming up from the drains. Due to arriving after an International flight, we made do and stayed for 1 out of the 2 nights booked. The next morning the smell had become 10x worse and was filling the apartment. I no longer felt comfortable staying here when I had paid over £160 for 2 nights, I expected far better, and booked myself into another hotel up to road to enjoy the last night of our stay in Fukuoka there. Along side this, we were greeted with very lacking kichen supplies, one kitchen knife, 4 spoons, a plate, 2 glasses and a pot come pan. No oil, no utensils to cook with. Other than the location and easy check-in / out I would unfortunately not recommend this property"

"Hotel is within walking distance to Hakata station. The rooms are spacious by Japen standard and clean. Also having a washer/dryer and microwave in the room is a plus."

"I had a great stay here! The staff was friendly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The other travelers staying at the hostel were extremely quiet and respectful. It was a bit of a walk to the old town area, but it was in a very quiet and peaceful part of town."
