These have to be the smallest hotel rooms I have ever stayed at. We are not a big couple and we found it very tight. The hallways were also very tight. Stay away if you a larger person or if you at all claustrophobic.

This was my first time booking with Expedia. The staff at the hotel were kind & very accommodating. This very nice gentleman named Edward was superior in his professionalism, kindness & knowledge of things about the hotel & city. He went above & beyond to assist me with my travel questions when it came to getting a ride to the airport. I want to add this being my first time booking with Expedia has been very positive!!! Great hotel with clear view of the Empire State Building from our room. Super clean and smelled fresh. Staff was outstanding and loaded us up with fresh cookies daily. The room was super small, but worked due to it being my husband and myself. I’d definitely stay again, just in a larger room.

It was 3 nights staying for trip with my mom. Staff were nice. We enjoyed welcome cookies too. Room was cleaned except the shower booth stank. We requested housekeeping service and smell was gone after. I liked the location that has Starbucks, 7-eleven, and some famous bagel shops near. We stayed 22nd floor and had a nice Empire Statement Building view. It was shame we didn’t stop by a rooftop bar while we were staying. Hotel was average good except the noise issue. The noise from the outside comes in so direct it felt like the window is opened even though it’s not.

Amazing location and staff. The hotel is a bit aged itself, for example the bathroom door didn’t slide very well. But cannot be beat for location
