"This was an excellently decorated & comfortably furnished apartment, perfectly located in a quiet location in the main part of town. We parked a short distance away at the ASDA car park, which was reasonably priced via the JustPark app. Helpful owners & excellent communication. "It's a student halls of residence. If that's what you're expecting I would imagine you'd be very happy with the room. If you're expecting a hotel, it's not a hotel. It was exactly as I was expecting. Comfortable, no frills, perfectly fine for a one night stay for me. Wifi was great. A little bit of noise at times, it's student accommodation, but not too noisy by a long way. I recently stayed at the IBIS in Bristol and that was far noisier. Would happily book again for a short stay."

"Used to be the Radisson before Majestic took over, rooms are outdated but comfortable, the bathtub/shower was very weird and was a large climb to get into. For a short person, it was very dangerous. The staff was more than helpful with any request and very nice. I believe with some updates this hotel would be perfect."

"Absolutely beautiful property that we thoroughly enjoyed during our three-day stay. The location is ideal—right in the center of town and within easy walking distance of most major attractions and many excellent restaurants. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We had rented a car while visiting the UK to explore Wales, and because there was no convenient place directly in front of the hotel to unload our luggage, the staff graciously came across the street to help carry our bags to our room. Aside from this minor inconvenience, our stay was outstanding. This is a wonderful place to stay, and we would not hesitate to return."
