"The elevator situation to the 15th floor with only one elevator down to the lobby was inconvenient. However, the staff were so helpful to direct traffic to the elevators going back up. "

"This is slightly upscale hotel in the Niagara-on-the-Lake area. It is close the NOTL for the SHAW festival. It is also close to many vineyards. The staff were friendly and the room was modern and clean. There were a few noisy children one evening at about 9:30 p.m. in the hallway. I gently spoke to them, and they went back to their appropriate rooms. I did not have to speak to the hotel management."

"We booked at Oakes but they cannot accommodate our requested room after they confirmed our booking and they are kindly enough to send us to Hilton for the same price with upgraded one bedroom suite with 2queen beds and jetted tub with Jetted tub plus a sofa bed."
