Beautiful, clean and quiet property.

The stay was wonderful. Delila at the desk - AMAZING. HELPFUL! And those decorations were on point! (For Halloween). The bed in our rooms were not very comfortable - other than that, the room was spacious and comfortable for our small family. The hotel is quiet inside and no one disturbs you. I loved the fact that no one can enter the building or the parking garage without staying at the hotel as well, brought a feeling of safety close to the French quarter. It’s not fancy. The pool is...

Great location. Very nice accommodations. Great communication with property manager. Would highly recommend.

Great area surrounded by top tier restaurants and a short walk to lots of destinations, convention center, French Quarter, etc. Being able to access Common House area was definitely a plus, good drinks and food options. Bed was comfortable. The only things that wasn’t my favorite was the couch, very stylish however uncomfortable even for one person. The TV only connects to stream from personal devices, has no over the air local channels or cable/network, but this was not an issue for me.

Great place. Room/Condo was awesome, comfortable, spacious, full kitchen, washer dryer, bathroom in every bedroom.... literally all the conveniences. Five minute walk in one direction is the Casino, 5 or 10 minutes in the other direction is the French Quarter. Everything you need in between (liquor store, coffee shops, market, pharmacy, etc....)

Very nice apt

Our stay was absolutely magnificent! I consider myself quite particular when it comes to accommodations, and this property exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate from top to bottom, with exceptional cleanliness, security, and privacy; all of which were especially appreciated while traveling for a work conference. The entire experience was outstanding, and I will absolutely be staying here again!

Inside of the property is very nice

Great people and rooms dangerous and crazy people out on streets

Awesome property manager! Clean space, plenty of room for a party of 7 adults. I would highly recommend!!

What an amazing place! Incredibly clean, felt safe, gorgeous unit, and so comfortable! Would stay here in the future!

Safe convenient location. Bed was large and comfortable, rooms were huge and clean. Unit included kitchen, dining table, living room area, separate bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and exposed brick accents. Kitchen included full size stove/oven, fridge, dishes, etc. Modern and like new furnishings at every turn. Unit also included a washer / dryer, ironing board, extra linens and first aid kit! Common areas (first level) are well appointed as well, including an adorable interior brick...

This apartment is great for those who want a quieter place from the action, but still walkable to it. We had teens with us and it was perfect to have 2 bathrooms. It was clean enough. I wish they had a full length mirror in order to view your outfit before you venture out into the city. Close to the interstate highway, but never heard it inside the apartment.

amazing

The apartment is beautiful! Nice and easy check-in with great instructions. I read reviews beforehand about the noise from the street car and how the balcony is hard to access, but I just wanted to say that it really isn’t that bad. If you have sensitive ears, then the noise from the crowds and the streetcar running late/early in the morning will probably keep you up at night. If you get the two bedroom apartment, then you won’t really hear any noise from the back room away from the street. As...
