"View is great. Other than that, waste my money. Front desk staff was very rude and didn't have any knowledge at all. Even I couldn't invited my guests to my room. Buffet dishes are not great taste. But view of restaurant is amazing. Just one time stay is more than enough"

"I loved all their clientele it was amazing, food was great facilities were very well maintained however rooms were very tight with my large size luggage and lobby located on 11th floor had plenty space to sit but no spot to sit by front on grand floor while waiting for taxi Uh there was no thermostat to rise up temperature. I was able to access to use cooling only, I found it was cold during night time as temperature drops Otherwise I had great experience at the Gracery hotel"
