"Coffee was awful pre-brewed dross with UHT milk. Truly disgusting. Get some bean to cup machines!! With your groups buying power this must be possible. Water pressure in the shower was less than a half hearted dribble wee. Bath took ages to drain and was possibly partially blocked"

"The hotel was perfectly located for my shopping and eating needs, whilst in Bristol. On arrival, the reception team were friendly and accommodating and told me everything that I needed to be checked-in and in my room in under 10 mins. The room was pristine with a good sized bed, desk to work at, and an ironing board to help ensure that I looked immaculate for my night out! The bathroom was spotless, with a good number of bright white towels. The air conditioner was noisy but could be switched off for a peaceful night on the firm bed. I will definitely stay again."

"Called ahead to check the A/C didn't pump out synthetic scent as it stops my breathing. Told no problem. Check in find A/C pumps out scent. I turn off A/C. Temperature outside is 35°+. Given fans but as windows cannot be opened to exchange air in the cool of night I had to sleep on the floor like a dog to keep cool. Also Mattress worn out. Asked for a better solution. No solution reached apart from another fan. Given a free breakfast as a solution which was equally disgusting. Also despite putting up sign saying do not disturb housekeeping did go into my room which is always scary as a solo female traveller. Avoid avoid avoid. Cried on way home as felt violated."

"Alfie (printing board passes) and Phil (the crew lead) were both very helpful. Having lockers available to store our luggage was a nice touch. The room had a wire mounting system that was great in lieu of closets. Gave us an idea for our home. Keep up the good work."

"This is a great hotel with great location and nice staff. Pool Is small but very nice and spa like. I would come back for sure. My only complaint is the air did not work and it was very unusually hot. They did bring a fan which helped a little."

"Well! Can I call it a hidden gem? I think I can. The exterior of the hotel may give a misleading impression as you approach it. However, once you step inside, it’s a whole different story! You’re greeted by a modern reception area, a spacious lobby, a pub, and a restaurant. Everything looks brand new, although I was informed that the full refurbishment took place about a year ago. The interior is incredibly spacious, making it comfortable wherever you choose to go. The furniture and appliances have a fresh, colourful, modern style that really stands out. The room was large and immaculate. There was just one minor design flaw in the bathroom: the heated towel rack was positioned above the toilet. I'm not sure why it was placed there. The variety and quality of the food were excellent. Plus, there’s a pool! Overall, my daughter and I loved our stay!"
