"Oh man if I could give this place 11/10 I would! We enjoyed our stay here immensely. We had a standard twin room with two twin beds. First impressions was that this hotel was very clean and has very friendly staff. We checked in with no issues, through the automated machine. Beside the check in kiosks there was an amenities station where you could choose amenities based on your needs or preferences. I liked this because I often times don’t use a lot of the amenities in the room and this way it gives you the option to take what you need. They have nice area for sitting and relaxing which doubles as a lounge. They give you a complimentary drink per person upon checking in which was a lovely touch. The rooms were a very good size (as we have experienced mostly tiny rooms on our trip) and the shower was amazing. Great water pressure and roomy enough to move about in without bumping your knee or elbow on the side. The beds were comfy and they give you two pillow options so you have more choice. The breakfast was very tasty, the options were good and everything I tried tasted really yummy! The mini donut wall was such a cute touch. Over all this place was fabulous and we greatly enjoyed our time there! We would definitely come back here if we find ourselves in Osaka again. Thank you!!! "

"Absolutely loved this property! It’s a very unique experience with the hot springs and how you are able to walk around the hotel without shoes. The atmosphere of the hotel was also very relaxing and the rooms were very quiet. They have many amenities for guests such as massage chairs, coffee machine, and yakult/ice cream after hot spring baths. I recommend getting the additional breakfast buffet. They have such a variety of foods and even freshly fried tempura! I honestly didn’t even have to eat lunch during the day with how full I was from breakfast, haha. I will say, some of the amenities get really crowded towards the evening. Which is to be expected (especially traveling in the springtime), but it disappointed me a little. Felt like I had to fight to get a chance on the massage chairs or use the free washing machines. But it can’t be helped. It is a very popular hotel with foreign visitors. If you’re a bit more shy about the hot springs, I recommend waking up around 5 AM for a bath. Barely anyone there and it helps wake you up. Overall, I enjoyed this experience! If you’re ok with a bit busier of a hotel, then I definitely recommend. "

"We were upgraded to the top floor upon our regular room being unavailable last minute due to some renovations or something. Gorgeous balcony and corner views, despite the building not being very tall compared to the towers nearby. Location is decent with a few options for subway access nearby, but could be better, as Dotonbori and other spots are still quite a walk away. "

"This is a fantastic location. The hotel is quite nice. The fitness center is reasonably well-equipped for 2-3 people to use at one time, and is free to use between midnight and 5AM. The buffet is fantastic. The location is a short walk from Umeda Station. There are tons of restaurants in close proximity. I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay! "

"The Blossom was an amazing place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant has very good food. And terrific staff. The free amenities are also wonderful. Laundry facilities, in room coffee and tea. The breakfast buffet has everything you can possibly want and more. Highly recommend The Blossom. "
