It's clean, the rooms are nice, and with the most friendly staff! We had some time to wait before we went to Boston, and we wanted to stay in Salem to explore more. From the free airport shuttle to the flawless check-in and spotless room, everything reflected excellent communication and great care for customer experience. 2. Good value for mo ey. Great price. 3. The best breakfast (included in price) I’ve ever had. Fresh scrambled eggs, tasty potatoes, lots of fresh fruits, bagels and cream cheese, juices, good coffee, etc. The breakfast room was packed and everyone seemed happy - like a breakfast restaurant where Grandma was cooking. Fantastic. Best Comfort Inn ever - thanka for the surprises!"
