“숙소 룸이 깨끗하고 넓어 가족여행에 좋았습니다. 샤워실도 넓고 청결했어요. 조식도 훌륭했고 과일도 특별했어요. ”

“Clean but not well maintained. Toilet made lots of plumbing noise. No trash bags. Front entrance automatic door often failed to open. Maybe this is normal now days but you have to pay $50 for amenities deposit and there are none (zero) in the room. When I asked the desk said you have to come down and get them here. Then at checkout I asked how long until I see my amenities deposit and she said a few days. I personally think they can do better than this.”

“Roger S at the front desk was great! I was rolling luggage in on the cart and going over a bump things fell off. Roger was immediately at my side to help, most helpful hotel employee I’ve ever encountered.”

“We stayed in the hotel for two nights, the second night very noises, people in the next door fighting/arguing very loud the whole night.”

“Everything was great...until I tried to get coffee in the morning to get on the road quickly...with two employees wandering in the breakfast area, how could two empty coffee dispensers (with level windows) go unnoticed when coffee is the greatest consumed item in the breakfast area.”

“Our room smelled like smoke. i am pregnant with my two kids this wasnt okay with me i had to buy my own spray to keep the smoking smell out! I asked for non smoking room too! Staff was okay not to friendly.”

“This property is great if you’re going to the balloon fiesta- very good location. However that’s about it for the positive. It’s not well-maintained. We had to ask for more each evening. I did peel back the sheets to look at the mattress and I wish I didn’t. It was torn, stained and visibly dirty. The front desk...

“We had a really nice 3 night stay at Staybridge. Super helpful and nice staff. Delicious breakfasts with many choices and afternoon social with salad fixings and yummy fresh baked cookies. Thank you Staybridge.”

“Convenient location. Room was clean and comfortable. Probably the best pillows I've ever encountered in a hotel, very comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar staff also was excellent and attentive. I would stay there again.”

“they were inconsiderate, there was a fire dept event, the breakfast was lousy. The were also inconsiderate when we had to leave early.”

“Great experience.”

“The room condition is relatively good, but a cockroach was found in the bathroom. The staff is businesslike, and the breakfast is average. ”
