“Lovely room and the beds were so comfortable! We followed advance about the parking in a very close car park so cheap and easy. We had an issue with towels which was sorted out immediately and communication has been great. The only thing we’d have liked is the ability to make a cup of tea, only a coffee machine was in the room, and they don’t get hot enough for tea. Small thing and wouldn’t stop us from coming back! Fab place. ”

“Uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren, schoon en netjes, gratis parkeren op eigen terrein, mooi gelegen in de Dee vallei. Het is een mooi en oud Victoriaans Herenhuis met veel sfeer. Onze kamer was op de bovenste verdieping met veel schuine kanten (minder geschikt voor lange mensen). Uitstekende wifi!”

“Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own.”

“Everything was great”

“The room was clean and very compact, it lacked appeal but had most of the amenities you would want at this price. There is no interaction with staff at all as self check in, the heating wasn’t on although the radiator in the hall was hot, one curtain hardly covered the window, my room,2, was at the front of the property so people leaving the pub were talking loudly at 11.30/12pm and then again at 1am which woke me up, the shower was good, the wash basin so tiny you couldn’t get the tiny kettle...

“I’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoy my visit. Martin is a great host and the breakfast is lovely. The room has everything you need and plus the shower water pressure is decent. All round a great budget option for anyone looking to be in the centre of Llandudno. ”
