"A nice hotel for the price as all the others were super expensive. Nice location. Beds weren’t the comfiest but they were alright. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner and bar soap as the ones they supplied were not great. But staff was all super nice and the breakfast lady that was in the lobby was super friendly and helpful if you needed help or advice on place to go see in the area ."

"A very clean and quiet hotel overlooking the beach. Staff was very helpful, access is easy and close to everything in downtown Traverse City. Breakfast box a great idea instead of the typical complimentary kitchen. We will definitely come back here!"

"The location was centrally located. We enjoyed the water views and the amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The only we had difficulty with was the TV app going in and out. We would definitely consider staying again in the future."

"i loved the stay and the water park but me and my kids only stayed for one night and we got there around 4 and the waterpark closes at 8. so we went to the water park as soon as we got there and we waited in line for 10-15 minutes each time because they only had 1 person running 3 water slides. and they shut down the family slide! so basically we only got to ride slides for two hours at most. AND our connection in the room was terrible. it kept glitching the entire time. we did enjoy the comfortable beds and how they had an arcade and desert place on the property. overall we had an amazing time i just think that they need to hire more people and they need to up their wifi game!"
