"Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location. More laundry facilities would be helpful for the size of the hotel, as 4 washers and 4 dryers is not a lot. One person had taken over 2 of the dryers while our clothes were still in the washer and we had to take the wet clothes up to our room to hang them up"

"This hotel was located at the Kyobashi station so it was extremely convenient to get around anywhere in Osaka. The staff was amazing, my Japanese was very limited but they were able to understand me, the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and the view from the 15th floor was amazing! There is nothing bad to say about the hotel itself. The only minor issue was that the elevators were very busy and it was difficult to get on and off one depending on the time of the day, but that is not the hotel's fault. Overall, amazing place to stay, walkable distance to Osaka Castle."

"The staff was helpful, and extremely welcoming. Rooms were clean and housekeeping team was on point with refreshing the rooms. The hotel is close to the train station making it easy to get around. Thank you all for providing a great experience from beginning to end of my experience in Osaka. I am definitely coming back. Also, the breakfast was great!!!! "

"The kitchen was well equiped, and the location is near many stations and Osaka Castle. This was a great base for our 4 days in Osaka as part of our larger Japan trip. Staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend. "
