“This property is located to everything food, shopping and beach. The property has a secluded beach area and security gate out front. The Condo itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The only thing I would suggest for the owners is to get better pots and pans for people who want to cook for themselves and not eat out, the ones onsite are old and everything we cooked stuck in the pans and were a little bit of a mess. It would have been nice to have extra toilet paper and paper towels on...

“Great place to stay. Stayed for 3 days. Great breakfast for the most part, they restocked as soon as they were out of items. Pool was warm and my son enjoyed it. Housekeeping did a great job stocking the towels and taking the trash. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. The only small complaint was the ac in our room was set to 68 and it felt humid in there for the most part. But all around a good experience.”

“The staff was friendly but the room was disgusting. It smelled like mold. I put a towel on top of the sheets so I could sleep without fear of bug bites. The bathroom was old and the fixtures weren’t secured to the wall. It had stains. So grossed out!”

“The room was fairly clean. The bathroom floor could’ve been mopped or cleaned a little better. They didn’t have big towels they had medium sized towels and I am a bigger girl so big towels are necessity. The bed was very uncomfortable. The staff was extremely friendly though, which was a plus. Overall l, I would give it a 3 out of 5.”

“The breakfast was not worth being considered “breakfast included” My son accidentally left my youngest child’s diapers beside our car and the staff tried to say they were already thrown away, but would “look for them.” We watched an employee go and get them out of their car. The only nice staff was the front desk.”

“The property and the room did not live up to the Quality Motel standard. The breakfast was really minimal. The other patrons were really disruptive with loud noises after 9PM. We'll not stay on this property again.”

“I truly like the homey feeling, the staff was so friendly, supportive and made you feel at home. I spent time here last year also and the same staff was still there. I will go again. Aldi, walkable to Tropical Falls, dining and shopping.”

“The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help. As far as the room goes, I suggest asking to be in the back building unless you want to start smelling the breakfast being cooked at 6am. Lastly, checkout...

“The hotel is in a great location with free parking. Just minutes from the beach. They had a good selection of breakfast foods, which I appreciated. I would have given five stars, but there was mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. The room was otherwise clean. I did not find the staff all that friendly. Despite the negatives, I would consider staying there again in the future.”

“Best managed hotel I've stayed in, by far. Employees all willing to get answers ans action to your needs immediately. Everyone very friendly. We stayed 2 weeks and felt like being at home. All rooms and facilities spotless clean. I would recommend them to anyone.”
