“Slightly disappointed that when I got there at 1500, I was told my room wasn’t ready, despite 1500 being the time that checking in starts.
Sat around for 30 minutes while I waited for it to be confirmed as ready, but the man on the desk was so kind and polite and apologised profusely, and had exceptional customer service.
Came down a while later to ask for a pen, and ended up speaking to another member of staff on the desk fro about 5 minutes and he also had exceptional customer service.

“I had a pleasant stay at Rossett Hall . I only stayed 1 night d I was attending a family wedding. The room was spacious , very clean and fresh . The staff were pleasant helpful and welcoming. I didn’t have a cooked breakfast but enjoyed the cereals , fruit , yoghurt , juice and toast. I travelled by car but the bus stop is nearby for easy access into Wrexham or Chester. I recommend Rossett Hall for a short stay to visit the surrounding area.”

“The Jug & Bottle is a really well run establishment. Attention to detail in all things they do is a joy to experience. Our room was very well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices and high quality. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Our evening meal could not be bettered. The menu was varied with a wide range of choices and the wine list excellent. Delicious food and wine and very good value as indeed was the cost of our two night stay....

“No power sockets by the bed so as a cpap user this was an initial issue but I typically travel with an extension lead to mitigate this issue. The bedrooms are very dated. Beds are comfortable but things like the room hair dryer are very very old and last no longer than 5 minutes. Our room included access to the spa but didn't provide any robes but others did have them so an isolated issue.”

“아침식사는 맛있지만 가짓수가 좀 부족합니다. 바닷가 옆이라 파도소리가 굉장히 크게 들리구요. 방 크기는 생각보다 좁았습니다. 리버풀에서 한시간 정도 거리에 있습니다. Ground 엘리베이터 버튼을 꽉 눌러야 작동이 되는 단점이 있습니다.”
