“Atlantis is an all-timer for vacations. I’ve been here 4 times since it’s opening back in 1998 and it’s never disappointing. It’s not what it was in its first decade, but nothing truly is. Overall it’s always been a fantastic vacation option”

“This was my 3rd stay at The Cove since Atlantis opened (I’ve also stayed at The Reef). The property is generally well-maintained, but showing some wear and tear with age (e.g., mildewed stucco, tattered beach chairs). The room was well-maintained, although the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (stray hairs that were not mine) and semi-dirty toilet. Because I travel with Clorox wipes I was able to wipe everything down to my satisfaction and opted for towel service vs daily cleaning....

“We booked two rooms to accommodate the number in our group, upon check in we were told the rooms were on separate floors. We had to ask to be on the same floor and then we were put in rooms away from each other. We then asked for a conjoined room and had to switch rooms after two night to get the conjoined room. If two rooms are booked to accommodate the party size they should be combined rooms. The bath tub faucet in the first room leaked and dripped the two night we stayed in the room. ...

“Staff was friendly and attentive, Day pass to Atlantis was included with hotel stay and its only a 5 minute walk to Atlantis resort. Also they had a free breakfast every morning that was pretty good usually eggs bacon or sausage and waffle, pancakes or french toast and potatoes. Great value and location”

“This was my 7 stay at RIU and the upgrade was excellent. Food was excellent staff was excellent service we celebrated our 52nd Anniversary there. Loved It. Will stay here again next year on our Anniversary celebration ♥️♥️♥️♥️👏👏👏”

“The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit. On the bright side, we still had an amazing vacation and the Bahamas are still at...
