"Property is very close to airport and very convenient. I rated staff good because they were not clear on the airport shuttle bus and I ended up missing it by 2 minutes and being forced to hire an Uber. That communication should have been better. "

"The property was clean and staff always helpful and polite. The location is excellent, very centralized to Inner Harbor, Little Italy & Fells Point, all within walking distance. I rated this 3 stars for comfort. The bed was too firm so neither one of us slept well, the shower had very low pressure, the soap dispensers barely worked you had to pump several times for enough liquid to dispense. I would consider staying again due to the location, hopefully they can improve on the amenities for the next time we stay. "

"I didn't even try the pool. The lobby reeked of weed. We reserved a wheelchair accessable room. The first one was so narrow my wife couldnt even drive in. The secon she could at least get her wheelchair in. The door barely locked so we had the ironing board shoved under it for security. The breakfast was food, when it was there. We had one towel the first night and had to ask 4 times for more towels. Not the best time. All the staff were very friendly though. "

"First time staying at Lord Baltimore and if I ever return to Baltimore I will be staying again. The valet really gave us some peace of mind. So nice not having to worry about parking! The room was fairly clean and simple. It was just what we needed for our 1 night stay though! The lobby is lovely. So much history. Definitely would return"
