Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms! “직원분들도 친절하고 시설도 대체적으로 만족스러웠다. 다만 해변과는 거리가 있어 다소 불편하다 느낄 수 있다. 하지만 리조트에서 자체적으로 무료 셔틀을 운영하고 있으며, 차가 있다면 별로 문제 될 것이 없다. 다시 기회가 된다면 또 가고 싶은 곳이다.”

“I booked with breakfast & dinner package for christmas. When I book this hotel, there was no notice about Gala dinner on that day. But when I check in, they said I did not include Gala dinner, and there was no normal dinner on that day. If I could not have dinner there, I would not stay this hotel because there were many hotel with better condition than this hotel with the same budget without dinner package.”
