โFred the host was brilliant, extremely helpful, guest house was very clean and was kept in great condition. Breakfast was great plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Met some interesting people there over breakfast which is always nice. Will stay again when I come up to visit our grandchildren .โ

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I can't remember if there were smaller rooms but as a single occupant my for what I paid the room was definitely worth it, great value.
It's about a 20 or so min walk from Kilmarnock station so not far from town centre. The area around the hotel is a small stadium and mainly residential.
Only bit of constructive feedack I would give is the nespresso coffee machine in my room while there is a manual in the drawer maybe...
โIt was a good experience lodging in the facility. It would have been best if breakfast was included in the fee. It was free and self accessed property with the information provided. Despite of late arrival (passed 00:00hrs) due to long journey. I'm satisfied even with the short time spent. Thank youโ
โStaff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Room was gorgeous and very spacious. Hotel was gorgeous, breakfast tasty. Nice touch having a tunnocks tea cake and wafer in the room. Wish we could have stayed for a second night.โ
