"The location is really good as the main square, shops and restaurants are walking distance, not many steps. The apartment is in good conditions, 1 queen and 2 individual beds (not shown in the photos), so up to 4 people. The check in was pretty easy. Someone from the staff reaches out to you to agree on the time of your arrival to give you the keys and a short room tour in person. "Amazing hotel located right in the heart of Positano. We got a room with a balcony facing the sea and the views were just phenomenal. The restaurant within the hotel is great, the chef accommodated some small requests from us given that we are vegetarians. The front desk staff are very helpful and professional."

"Everything in the rooms were fantastic but I have to say the Breakfast was a very big let down. There is not much of a variety and once it's finished it's finished they don't get replenished. The beach bar and beach beds were nice but for a hotel this high end and expensive I would have expected abit more from the hotel and the toilets need attention at the beach area and needs changing rooms to change bikinis or swim wear. It was 35 degrees and once you don't have water they don't give you free daily water they say if you want water they expect you to pay 4 euros for water."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible stay at **Covo dei Saraceni** in Positano! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel truly welcome. The arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the porters and bellmen were there to help with our luggage, making the arrival completely stress-free. Our welcome was such a wonderful surprise, with champagne and a generous selection of delicious snacks waiting for us. It was the perfect way to start our vacation. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. We also loved relaxing by the beautiful pool while enjoying the breathtaking views of Positano. One of the best things about the hotel is its perfect central location. Everything is within walking distance, and it was incredibly convenient to reach our boat tours, which departed just a few steps away from the hotel. Thank you to everyone at Covo dei Saraceni for making our stay so memorable. We truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail from the entire team. We can't wait to come back!"

"The resort itself was great, however going anywhere was either up or down lots and lots of steps and then the opposite to return. This is not a place for someone who is elderly or has any issues with walking steep steps. I would also mention that the hotel itself does not have a pool but that you can use the sister hotel pool if you want. The staff was excellent though and the hotel was very clean!"

"Great hotel. Can’t comment on amenities as I don’t think there were any. A little bit of curvy drive of main road but manageable. Any lower into positano and it’s probably a sh show. If ur driving recommend parking on way to hotel and walking 5 min. It’s prettt crazy during day to Pull to side and unload but it’s also possible. If you miss the hotel you’ll have to drive another 3.5 km loop."
