Find hotels in Prati, Rome

"This hotel was selected for a number of reasons. Firstly its location then facilities and finally price. It delivers on location but that’s it I’m afraid. The hotel is not very big and has a 24 hour reception although the one time we needed to contact them they never answered the phone! Forget room service because they obviously don’t have any. You can’t even get a bottle of water. It is advertised as having a bar and also mini bars in the rooms. This is a real joke because it has neither. The bar is an empty space in a room near reception and the rooms only have a tiny fridge. Other issues we and people in our group experienced : Room keys continually failing to open the door. Other people had the same problem. No hot water for showers on so many occasions that I got the manager to move us to another room. Listening in on conversations I conclude this is a widespread problem as well. The final straw was when they said the electricity would be switched off from 10pm to 6am! No heating, lighting or lifts. This made the hotel very unsafe to be in and we should have been moved out. The authorities need to be informed of this. Noise levels at night are unacceptable. They have groups of schoolchildren staying and noisy people from bars outside. Sleep is optional here. The rooms are dated and while clean feel like a prison cell. The breakfast might be ok but I wouldn’t advise anyone to book here. "

"What a great location for a short break in Rome. Good selection of bars and restaurants really close by. Easy access to public transport. Nice, safe area. The bedroom and bathroom were big and clean. Bed and pillows super comfy. Lovely, big overhead shower. Didn’t need it, but room had air conditioning. Communication, help and advice from host was great. Recommended."

"Even before we arrived at the Hotel Isa, the staff was helpful in arranging our airport transfer and making us feel welcome. Without exception, every member of the staff was knowledgeable and kind. The hotel itself is very convenient to neighborhoods including the Centro Storico, Borgo, and San Pietro. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace beats all superlatives. Highly recommended!!"

"Surpisingly nice hotel in convenient location"

"The kitchen was equipped with microwave, stove and cooking utensils. I bought new sponges to wash the dishes as they had them but used. Expected condition of the utensils to be used but overall good. The shower was ok but its shower floor has many stains (we used flip flops. Overall the suite we stayed was good and perfect for a family of four. À bit on the expensive side but we needed a type of apartment to cook in and one where you could arrive and be greeted (regardless of flight delays etc) it is staffed between a specific range of hours.
