“Excelentes servicios”

“We booked a double bed room and they assigned us for king and said that they only had a king bed available. We told them we booked a double bed and that we wanted to move into the right bed that we reserved and then the front desk lady was half shouting at us that they cant do anything about this situation. Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on …....

“Very nice! Would stay here again.”

“Great stay, the only thing I would say is I was in the back corner by a stairwell and it was pretty noisy. I could also hear the people above me in the morning. The rooms are really big and spacious and beds are comfy! Hotel is in a perfect location in OTR. staff was great! They brought me a mini fridge when I asked. I would stay here again, but pick a room away from a door/stairwell!”

“Cleanest hotel I've been to in a long time!”

“I loved the property. I just didn't like the parking arrangement”

“The room was very spacious. We brought our two small dogs and there was enough space for us to set up a playpen for them to stay in while we were out of our room. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The only minor issue was our toilet seat was broken but still useable. If you are traveling with dogs, there's not much in terms of grassy areas nearby. The front desk staff were so kind to our dogs and offered them treats, which was super cute and special. We would love to visit again...

“Rooms always clean, staff friendly, close to hospital.”

“Right in the center of it all!”

“조식이 간단하지만 맛이 좋고 건강함. 객실 괜찮음. 객실내 슬리퍼나 물이 제공되지 않음. 도로 옆이라 약간의 소음 있음.”

“The water didn’t get real hot, I don’t know if it was because they were sold out so the water was getting used. Also they don’t have a closed shower it was open, like they only had one piece of glass so water was getting on the floor. Other than those two things the stay was good.”
