"Hotel needed some maintenance dog friendly beware the pool is gorgeous but not open!! You have to go to another property 2-3 miles away if you want to use the pool."

"great location on the beach, fire pit always great to meet other guests. Very clean outside and in rooms. It seems there were more dogs this trip, knowing which rooms are designated to dogs should be available."

"I felt like our room needed some extra cleaning (vacuuming better, cobwebs and our bathroom screen was disgustingly filthy). Was disappointed that our shear curtains were missing on the front window, and as our room was warm you couldn't get outside air from the window without everyone looking straight into your room. Brie was very helpful by getting us a fan. The property was very clean and we always had an open parking space. The bed was very comfortable! We have been coming here every August for the past 13 years and as we're getting older I'm realizing the toilets are very low to the ground. I do love Ocean Pointe Ranch and highly recommend!"
