“We arrived late and the code they provided was erroneous. We finally got into our room and there were few amenities. A tiny bath gel that wouldn’t have gotten both my husband and I through the two days there and no lotion! More importantly, no staff onsite after 5 pm and apparently there is an on call person who gave us the right code but we didn’t know that the person was on call for all issues. My shower in the evening was lukewarm and I didn’t report it because I didn’t think anyone would fix...

Mine was fine. Parking is tight, especially if you have a pickup truck. Room to room sound was okay, but you could hear out in the parking area cars/voices, etc. Staff was okay.”

The room was clean, but no maid service ever and couldn't guarantee you would get service if you requested it. We weren't even completely in our room and the manager just walked in to show us how to use the TV as if we couldn't manage. No pool even though it listed one. “Never have I stayed in a hotel that you could hear everything the people in the next room said until I stayed here. Which means if you’re a light sleeper, you’re not getting sleep. Worst sleep of my life, we were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after the first night and went somewhere else.
