“The first impression was not good because the outside of the front door was dirty. The lobby was small and messy. However, fortunately, the room was clean and well organized. After checking out, I stored my luggage. When I went back to get my luggage, I received someone else's luggage at first. If I travel to Chicago, I doubt I will come back here.”

I had to buy a candle on the way out and have already visited the online store for body wash and lotion. Well done. There are a lot of choices in Chicago, but this is now my go to.
